too cheap, not a good choice even do not want say something about it. I booked a non-smock king bad room, but come out a smock and queen bad room...I asked to change, but showed me a different smock room and tested me if I could smell any.. bad service and breakfast.
Will avoid Extened Stay in the future They gave away my reservation and only had a King and a sofa bed so someone had to sleep on the floor. One light wouldn't turn off and another didn't have a light bulb. I let them know and they said maintenance would come and take care of it. We were there two days and no one did anything. There was a noisy motor, probably an AC unit going all night long out the window so I didn't get any sleep. They seemed unconcerned about it. Meh... Wasn't the best hotel stay... I had a smoking room but even I as a smoker was disgusted. OPEN A WINDOW!! It was suffocating and the smoke cell was too much. I could tell the bed linens had not been changed as I found several hairs in the bed, GROSS. The carpet clearly had not been vacummed as there were sunflower seed shells everywhere. The hotel served it's purpose but I won't stay in the future.

Not Impressed The shower faucet almost fell off into my hands and I needed to screw the knob and water lever back on to start the shower. There were previous occupants towels left behind the bathroom door. No filtered water or anything other than coffee available in the breakfast area.

Don't Stay here, Water dripping from the bathroom ceiling. don't stay in extended stay.

Bad experience (1) not sure who's responsible between Hotels.com and Extended stay but we ended in smoking rooms for the first time in our live and there was no possibility to switch. (2) although we booked a room for 3, we were not given any sheet for the additional bed (sofa) until we came back to reception and asked for them. (3) empty bottle in trash ??? (4) fridge generating heat stronger than air conditioning => very hot bedroom

Unsatisfying The room was not mark and had to walk up and down the Hall to actually find the room. Continental breakfast was not very good it was not a good choice of food.
No towels mediucre continental breakfast It was awful no room towels for my family and when asking for more towels we were only given a few
Not what I paid for We paid for a queen bed and only got a full size. When I called the front desk they just argued with me. The too small bed was hard as a rock! But the hotel was clean and the furnishings were up to date.
