A place to sleep... not much else... It is hard to find a hotel room to accommodate our family (2 adults, 4 kids). The room we booked had two queens and a pull out queen couch to sleep six, so it worked. We have high allergies in our family and requested non-smoking and non-pets room. We walked in the lobby and there were two people with dogs walking up and down the hallways... The first room we walked into almost knocked me over with the smell of smoke. Never Again When we arrived they did not have the room I booked. I booked a non-smoking room with 2 beds. They placed me in a smoking room that did not have air conditioning running on a 100+ degree day. When I called down to get a different room, they told me there weren't any, and that it didn't matter what I booked, that was all they had. I told them I was heading back to the front desk for a refund and for them to call and find me a room somewhere else. They said they could not give me the refund (that I paid in advance)... read more

Piece of crap with a side of rude staff 1. No luggage trolley in lobby. Front desk didn't go get it. Ran into another unhappy guest whom said trolleys were outside his room on 3rd floor. 2. No complimentary kitchen items. Ordered them at 4:05. At 4:50 my husband went to front desk to pick them up and was told "it hadn't been over 30 mins". 3. Sheets. Went to pick up sleeper sofa sheets and we were told it was one fitted, one flat. Saw that it was two flats. Went back and we're told "we don't do the laundry". 4. Dirty bathroo... read more

Lacking, but has potential. This hotel has great potential, but it is lacking in many ways. I paid for my stay upfront, requesting a room with two double beds. My email confirmed that I would be accommodated with my request to two doubles plus a sofa sleeper (though the sofa sleeper was not my request). Upon my arrival, I checked in, was given my room keys, and sent on my way. I walked into a room with one double bed and a sofa sleeper. Avoid Very disappointing. The shower faucet would not turn on, so went to job interview without one!!

For future travelers It was unclean, noisy and we had to switch rooms because it smelled of urine.

ant room Stay here everytime I go to Portland and this time NY room was full of baby sugar ants. When telling the front desk no one seemed to care they would put in a report. I was unhappy after paying $150 a night to an ant filled bathroom. Won't be staying here again

Wouldn't stay here again. Didn't have linens for pull out couch. Didn't provide enough towels. Mold in shower. One lamp was burned out. Magnetic key cards didn't work consistently. Front door knob only worked on inside. No available change for laundry machines. Vending machine didn't give us back correct change. Skeezy people outside loitering.
