nice hotel with outdoor pool. the breakfast bad. breakfast only packaged muffins, ikky granola bars and instant oatmeal. Nice hotel and staff friendly. Outdoor pool.

disappointing check-in We called to see if we could check-in about an hour early. We were told that it wouldn't be a problem. When we arrived to check-in, we were told that no rooms were available for early check-in and that our room would be available at check-in time (3pm). We left and then returned at 3pm. We were again told that no room was available and that it would be another 45 min to an hour for our room to be ready. Very disappointed!

The staff was amazing First I have to mention the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. That took a regular experience to the next level. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. I always appreciate a comfortable chair to sit on. They have a computer with a printer (It's Free!). I was so surprised when I had to print passes to an even I had forgotten to print at home. GOOD LOCATION IN HILLSBORO AREA IT'S A GOOD HOTEL TO STAY WHEN YOU ARE IN TOWN. BUT A BIT FAR FROM PORTLAND AND WOODBURN OUTLET.

Convenient Location I would say that are stay was uneventful. The hotel was in a nice area next to a small mall and Whole Foods. We needed a place to stay before heading to the OR coast the next morning.

Almost excellent... Low noise level. Was able to get good rest. Enjoyed the apartment-like feel the room provided. Room was nice and clean as was the linens.

Hotel.com booked with free breakfast. There is no breakfast in this hotel other than coffee/tea. Sofabed is mattress is in very bad form.

Comfort and convenience for reasonable price. Room was comfortable, staff were fine, location near lots of stores, movies, highway. Breakfast was extremely minimal--they seemed to be in the middle of renovating the breakfast room, so all that was on offer was instant oatmeal and energy bars. Shower control seemed old and did not work too well.

Exploring Portland Good location, everything else is average. breakfast without eggs, hash brown, bacon,bread, just coffee which was always empty and some bars. No room service until you check out. Trash sitting in the hall way.
