Hotel minor issues didn't ruin our vacation!!!!!!! After driving for 12 hours, I check in with no issues. At the time of my reservation, I sent an email/message asking for first floor and close to an exit. Got it! It was so convenient to find parking just 40 feet from our room and be able to unload so many carry-ons (3 females who pack as if they are going away for a month, jajaja). Comfortable The room was very comfortable for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. We were quite disappointed with the "breakfast". Beds were very comfortable.

Recommended! Had no issue during our stay. Staffs were friendly, room was clean, bathroom was clean, pool was good, and location was good too! Whole foods just across the street and Starbucks next to the hotel plus other restaurants and stores nearby. The price was very resonable and within our budget :) The only thing I am going to point out (and what most people are also pointing out) is the breakfast. Great stay and even better service! The hotel was excellent overall. Great location, especially for multinight stays. Got a whole foods right in front of it, Starbucks to the side, a strip mall sort of a little beyond that and plenty of food. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Horrible family weekend My king suite had no air. Upon arrival I checked in and headed straight to the room and turned on the air. It was 87degrees in the room when we arrived. My husband set the temp to 65 and we left for several hours. The coolest our room ever got was 82 degrees. I mentioned it to front desk and she told me there was nothing that could be done since the hotel was booked full and maintenance doesn't work weekends. Hotel was run down and dirty - stairwells and entrances looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Room was ok, but also run down. Shower was difficult to turn on/adjust, and beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
