Pretty good, but wouldn’t pay more! They could use a lesson in cleaning! Just the basic stuff, like changing the vacuum cleaner bag once in a while. When I was leaving they were vacuuming and all you could smell was wet dog. Nasty- My first room smelled like that and I immediately switched. I don’t think they’ve ever cleaned the bottom of the bathtub in the room I ended up in, it was so slippery I almost fell several times. Excellent location! Near Maine Mall, restaurants, the airport and beaches. Price was reasonable. The breakfast was skimpy to non-existent, but that was not an issue for me. IHOP and Cracker Barrel were very close.

My only problem was the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I was informed they were booked. The manager was apologetic & gave me a discount on the price of the room.
