Well smoked in room This room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which is hard on me because of my asthma. I was not able to sleep because of it and not able to complain because the office closed right after I arrived.
Will not recommend The outside of the hotel was beautiful. The room was dirty, with red stains in various places on the very old carpet. The room has a stale odor. The bed was old and uncomfortable. Will never stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.
Not hotel you see pictures of The room had a negative odor to it. When you looked at the bed some of the pillows looked like they had been slept on before and pillow cover not replaced. I used 1 pillow out of 4 due to their look and the bed cover was put off the bed because it looked like it had not been washed for long time. I was in town for quick in and out this time and chose this place but would never stay there again
I am not coming back. Service was terrable.
Dirty refrigerator broken no elevator carry heavy lugguage upstairs. Uncooperative staff
No Extended stay at this place The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was posted as a non-smoking room. We requested a room change but was told that that was the last room they had. The counter top in the kitchen were stained and in some places had peeled off. The bathroom shower head was not properly fixed so it looked horrible. Not for me I paid for a king size room but was unable to stay in one as all the king-size rooms were either taken or dirty. They promised to give me a free night I have not received the voucher yet
Room stinked of cigarettes! the room stinked of cigarettes. I had selected a no-smoking room during checkout. Room had enough facilities but couldn't sleep well the whole night due to the cigarette stink in the room.
THIS PLACE RUINED MY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!! I booked my hotel well in advance and once I get there they overbooked and sent me to another hotel which was fine until they never even bothered checking if the hotel had rooms which they didnt. And even after they knew the other hotel didn't have any rooms they still kept sending people there! Another couple arrived at the other hotel an hour after I did.
