Disgusting, filthy place... Do not stay here The room was run down, poorly maintained and filthy. The rug was dirty and stained as well as the mattress which had blood on it. We went out and purchased a mattress cover, our own sheets and bedding that we left behind. The kitchen is empty when you move in and you have to request what you want which we never received. We decided after seeing the condition of the room that we would not be eating in it anyway.

Not a place I'd go back to The floor was sticky, wouldn't dare walk on it with my bare feet. The room a/c rattled VERY loudly, to the point where you couldn't sleep with it on, then in the morning I go to take a shower and when I get out I see--no towels! This was at 6am on my way to a meeting, I didn't have time to call the front desk at that point, I just used a couple of wash clothes. Very annoying. Not clean Sheet has stain and stuff unfriendly. Never coming again. It is the worst motel I have been experienced.

Get what you oay for I guess Hotels in Portland in August are not especially good value... so you're looking on hotls.com and see this place for much less than anywhere else. And it's in a good location and looks okay. But read between the lines of these reviews: "good for the price", "what did you expect", "decent enough for a night." We stayed a night (booked two) but between the polyester bed covers and the permanent stains on the carpet and the lack of kitchen kit (you can go get a "custom kit" from reception... if they ... read more

Sour Smell I would not stay at this hotel again. The room had a sour smell from the sheets, shower curtain and just overall room. Carpet was disgusting. Cabinets had god know what stained on them. My two children and I wore our flip flops the entire time. We just felt dirty and couldn't wait to leave. It is set up with a kitchen you have to request dishes, you have to request towels. There is no daily maid service? Unless you are there for over 7 days. Just not a good experience for $129 a night...

Hotel in nice location. We stayed at the hotel three days and housekeeping did not do any cleaning or changing of linens during that time. Stairways and walkways were dirty and littered with cigarette butts. Will not stay there again. Continental breakfast consisted of a few granola bars, apple, and bananas and a cupcake.

Not planning on staying at another Extended Stay This was the second Extended Stay we stayed at during the last two weeks of travel, and we will never choose to do so again. We will take ownership over the fact that we did not research prior to our trip to learn if the large transient populations that live/stay at these facilities. Because of this, we were bumped into a room that did not accommodate us simply because the double rooms were taken by long-term visitors. Poorly run. We had reserved a room with two double beds. Upon arrival (and having to wait for the room to be cleaned even though we arrived 1.5 hrs after check in) we discovered the room had one King bed and a dirty sofa twin sleeper? Asked the receptionist about this and her reply: "I guess we didn't have the room you reserved so we just put you in that one". No apology. It's a quiet location and nice setting. It was relatively clean inside but the exterior and walkways were back alley dirty.

Oh, PLEASE! WHERE do I begin???? The lady at the desk seemed nice enough, but not pleasant. Got to the room, and found that there was NOTHING in the kitchen! Had to call the desk and ASK for Coffee Pot, Cups, Coffee, and Glasses. Come to find out, there was NO ICE available. An EMPTY ice tray was in the freezer. THEN, the bathtub had lots of HAIR. So..... I got concerned. Bed Bugs? Made a thorough check.. Didn't find any signs, BUT the mattress already had a bug-proof cover!!!! So, I checked the pillows, and found HAIR! No b... read more
