You get what you pay for We pull up and they are doing some renovations so there was a lot of construction stuff around. Well check in was smooth. Get to my room and I push the door open (no key card needed because it was open). Get inside and the room seems ok. My sister goes to use the restroom, and she comes out because there are ants, and hair in the tub and on the floor like it hadn't been swept that well. Totally Not Worth The Money When I walked into the lobby it was filthy - that should've been my first clue. Lady at the checkin desk took a personal call while I was there and it took FOREVER for her to check me in. Room smelled a little funky, bedding and carpet were stained, corners were not clean. The only saving grace is that the bed was reasonably comfortable. If I hadn't been so exhausted from traveling I would've gone somewhere else! Never again! From the $25 "early check in" charge for 30 minutes to the creaky bed that felt like sleeping on plywood, this place was bad.

Nice area quiet and close to the freeways I was checked into a room that was closed for maintenence. The was no plug for the tub. The drip pan on the stove was missing and it was filthy underneath. The refrigerator was dirty with stuck on food. I had to change rooms the next morning so they could do the maintenence.

Location is their only advantage pretty pathetic experience. Floors were dirty, there were leftover Doritos from a previous guest in the cupboards, the light switch by the door didn't work, no working clock in the room. We mentioned the last two to the clerk immediately but two days later when we left they were still inoperable. Immediately outside the door to our room under the stairs to the second floor was a large pile of recyclables and just plain garbage. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

No Service I stayed there for one week. Never again. The biggest issue I had with this hotel was that the cleaning service was not available. and when I needed more towels, it tried three days requesting by phone. Finally I went in person to the office during normal business hours to get fresh towels. In addition, the trash at the bottom of the stairway of the building I was in accumulated all week. It was not only an eye sore, but smelled fowl as well.

Don't Stay Here!!! This place was terrible!!! Was not nice at all!!! Dings in the sheetrock/walls. Paint/color was horrid! Chip in the tub. Counter not clean. Grit in the bed... not sure if sheets were changed. Staff was asleep when I got there, had to wait for 5min. for them to come down and let me in the office so I could checkin and goto my room. Inexpensive but wouldn't return. We had two rooms, and clerk mixed up key cards. Not a big deal, but one set didn't work. After a trek to the office, we finally got into our room. The lights and TV were on, a damp hand towel was on the kitchen counter, a teen-tiny hand soap in the bathroom had been removed from its wrapper, a piece of kibble was on the credenza, and a couple of the pillows had been propped up against the headboard.
