Unsafe room condition, bad service Very unsafe! Upon entering the room, the AC was very cold so we turned it off and changed it to heating. When sleeping, the smoke alarm went off because of fire from the heater. We ended up sleeping with open window. The hotel mgmt did not offer to switch room. Won't stay here again.

Smells like an ashtray Just a miserable place no other rooms available. Cigarette butts everywhere

This place is filthy. The facilities were filthy. The carpet and linens worn and stained. Ended up buying out own bedding and checked out after one night.

Terrible staff, rude, Terrible staff, rude, no eye contact, answers questions with one word, looks disheveled. Stayed here a number of times and the mgt must be poor because this person is still there and the others are not much better. Person either hates their job, or just has poor manners. Either way, it's the managements fault. Either the management doesn't care about the customer experience, pays too low to retain competent people or has no concept of hiring and training employees to be hospitable...or install automated... read more

Good service, dirty room. Room was dirty. Toilet seat had urine on it and peep hole had tissue paper shoved inside of it.

Meh. Hotel and room were quiet even though it was fully booked and close to the interstate. The air conditioning unit was not cool even when the temperature was set on lowest temp and fan was on highest setting. There were not waste baskets in the room - we had to go outside and put trash in a larger, common area can. Carpets stained. I booked based on being able to get a free breakfast. Beware: the free breakfast is prepackaged muffins, cereal bars, instant oatmeal and weak coffee.

Disgusting filthy place. NEVER STAY HERE The room was disgusting, filthy and run down. The rug in the room was sticky and dirty, the mattress was stained and had blood on it. We were in a bind and couldn't move so we went out and had to buy a mattress cover and our own bedding! Terrible service! The kitchenettes are empty when you arrive you have to request what you want and we never received it. Overall the worse place I have ever stayed in!
