I wasn’t a fan of the staff. Not the best customer service.

My stay was good. This hotel doesn't offer many of the thrills such as a pool or gym. However, the cost and location was great.

Staff was courteous and professional. Room was smoking room, I am a smoker, but the smell of smoke was over-powering even for me, perhaps I may suggest airing these rooms out a bit, or using fabreeze to maybe help with that. Overall tho the room exceeded my expectations, especially for an establishment that was rated so low. I feel the rating of this establishment is lower than should be
