Staff very nice and prestative The Staff is very nice and supported us with everything we needed. The reception is so prestative that we decided to stay one more night. The room is clean and confortable. Location is also good, in a quiet street and 2 minutes by car from walmart. The breakfast, considering the price we paid, is OK. It considers coffee, muffin, instant oat meal and cereal bar.

The room had no pans in it when it was a kitchenette and it wasn’t very clean I found some items the housekeeping staff missed and they’re training needs improvement.

Our hotel is designed for guests staying a week or more at a time, who prefer a home-like living experience and they bring their own personal items. Get it together We were booked into a room that already had somebody's stuff in it. We went back to the office and we're upgraded to a suite. Ironically I have stayed in that exact room before. The towel rack in the bathroom was crooked. The toilet paper roll holder was still broken. The bedroom had a hole in the wall. Thankfully this time the trash was taken out because last time I stayed in that room it had nasty take out food under the sink.
