Good locality Overall it was good stay experience. We booked room two days in advance, none of the non smoking rooms were available. Hotel location is good i.e. close to shopping places etc.

Not the Extended Stay quality I was expecting It wasn't great - the pillows, bedding, and bed quality were pretty awful - not at all the like the quality I've experienced from staying in Extended Stay in other locations. There were ants in the room after leaving dog food on the floor for less than 12 hours.

Not the best not the worst. The room was ok, the area the hotel was located was close to food and other shopping. The main issue was a lot of people are using this hotel for a "home" so garbage was piled up at the stairwell. Checking was a bit combersome as the clerk had to go check our room to make sure nobody was in it as he stated the two rooms he checked had people already in them but the computer said otherwise. The shower needed some tlc as the caulking around the tub was peeling and mold was starting to grow. The toil... read more

Great location! Room was clean, staff was friendly. Super quiet!! Location was great! We were close to the mall and other places!

Poor Management Not a pleasant stay. First I checked in after 9pm and front desk telling me due to overbooked I have no room to stay and that they called me when they did not. I called hotel.com and I was livid because I was tired and needed to rest. As I was speaking on the phone and was ready to have front desk speak to Hotels.com customer service she said to cancel my call and that she has a room. I was tired with a kid and didn't want to argue. The room I got was next to a full garbage can which stunk. The carpet was not... read more

Not a happy camper Beds not comfortable, one bed had bits of tree branches on it. tub was dirty I cleaned w supplies provided to us by front desk when my friends room was not ready for them. Our room was not clean after our first night stay. Our stove did not have the back burner. We will not stay again. I also reserved a room for a friend they where given a room that someone else was in an then the next room that was given to them was not clean. One bed didn't have a comforter in it.
