Great hotel in Tigard Clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is in an industrial area, not close to food, restaurants and gas stations. It is close to the lightrail station (6 mins drive) which makes it convenient to get to downtown Portland.

Decent place. Decent place although the breakfast is very weak. I think they put out a muffin so they can say they have breakfast.

Was just a bad day... When we arrived, their systems (wifi and electricity) had been down all day. We had requested early checkin but weren't able to actually get in our room until 7pm. The hotel was VERY understaffed and was having a TERRIBLE time checking people in because there were literally no rooms available that were clean, so they were running to rooms and cleaning the rooms theirselves. Under staffed The hotel was under staffed. Overbooked my room. Had to wait an hour for another room to be cleaned. Never got the call that my room was ready. But got an upgraded room for my inconvenience.

Zero service When we checked in, about 5 pm they didn't know if my room was ready and had to go check. At that time I asked for the kitchen supplies ( apparently you have to ask they are not already in the room, yes even coffee maker ). They said they would bring them.up. 2 hours go by and we are wanting to make dinner and still no kitchen stuff, call customer service and again they are bringing them.up. after 30 minutes kids are upset and want dinner some decided to go out even though the purpose of renting at this locatio... read more
