Hotel stay My morning started off by not being able to find someone manning the counter and the TV left a little to be desired. However overall my stay was very pleasant.

Good location Good location, easy access to highway. Evening staff was helpful in providing additional bedding requested. Not so good was the smoking just outside the door by next-door neighbors and cigarette butts on the outdoor stairwell.
Family and Business Friendly The sofa bed mattress was in the worst shape I had seen in some time. The hotel room needed a few touches such as the curtains needed to be hung properly and the filter in the bathroom fan needed to be cleaned. Overall however, everyone was very nice. The Hotel was quiet and although a bit off the path, in a good location
The stay was great and they accommodated our special request! I always stay with them when I have to go to OHSU!

This hotel is close to the freeways and about 20mins from downtown Portland. The staff were pleasant and helpful. But I was disappointed when the room was run down a bit and I discovered that the trash left from previous guests were still in the room. Made me think if the staff actually cleaned the room before we checked in.
With an infant we had to change rooms 3 times before we got settled. First room we didn’t even enter the room because the window was open and all we saw was a bed that was not made and beer bottles everywhere. The second room had a stench that smelled like feces was left somewhere. The third room was ok. The ladies we dealt with all looked stress, more hospitality training might be helpful.
