Very reasonable price, with some clientele staying long term a little intrusive in the common area

Easy access to I5. Halls & stairs need cleaning. Dirty with cigarette butts lying around. Quiet area. Room has kitchenette.

perfect spot it was a perfect place to stay since we were there for medical reason and the clinic was located just up the road, which made it very easy for us, since we are not familiar with the area of Tigard.

Nice Hotel -Close to Portland The hotel room was upgraded and nice,it was very close to Portland and all the major attractions,The only negative :Kitchen didn't have any utensils so whether the kitchen added any value was really a moot point.

No room service after first night of stay, no clean towels. People working there don't dress and look professional.

Room was comfortable, however any supplies for the kitchen required a request for those items, also for additional towels and bath tissue. Staff was prompt delivering required items.

The hotel was easy to find and convenient place to stay while on business. There was plenty of spaces to park and the lobby was easily access. I was greeted by the front desk staff and asked the routine questions. I was given the option of a non smoking or smoking room and I chose non smoking. I hear from the back office a women yelling " she gets whatever she paid for". I didn't argue and I took my room key. I located my room and began to take my luggage upstairs. Hotel is not maintained very well Outside lighting either not working or too dim. We checked in night so it was a litttle scary and dangerous. Screens bent. Webs on ceiling joints. Dust accumulation on bathroom vent. No soap but front desk already closed (11pm) in an attempt to get some. Said to be once-a-week maid service and we never had any (we were there for 6 days). Never returning!
