Bad Business 1st we couldn't get into, not even w/Kiley, the night manager. The 2nd room we stayed in abt one hour and they told us we had to move into another room. So we moved into the 3rd room, and we were promised a discount on the hotel. When I went to redeem my discount on this reservation the manager Daniel said, he didn't promise a discount. Needless to say i will not be doing business with them anymore.
Dont stay here! Very run down, uncomfortable beds, room were not clean (had blood stain on our carpet) and service wasn't good. It took us an hour and a half to check in because they had messed up our booking and had over booked... we ended paying extra from their mistake! NEVER GOING BACK!
