Be ready for dragging wet towels to front desk The bed was comfortable but we were NOT happy with the quality of general hotel. We had to drag wet towels to front desk to get new ones. They told us after first day when we noticed our room wasn't cleaned that we had to schedule a room cleaning, so we said ok tomorrow please clean. "We only clean room after staying 7 days!!!!!! Good location, okayish service for the price We stopped there for a night on our way to Multnomah after spending the evening at St Helens. It was only a 45 minute drive from Multnomah and just of I-5; hence it was an ideal location. However, for the price we expected better service, After reaching there at 11 PM we had to wait for one hour to be checked in, since they were running the audit. Expedia Doesn't deliver! We requested ground floor, non-smoke, 2 Queen bed. No problem they said. What we got was 3rd floor that stunk like an ash tray & the room worse!! It also had 2 double beds!! Too late to go elsewhere on a Friday night as elderly parents were too tired from traveling. The staff sprayed Fabreeze in the room but I felt sick after 30 minutes!

The hotel was a "bare bones" experience...no shampoo, no hair dryer or other things i have come to expect...and there was minimal service. The staff was pleasant, and helpful, but the rooms were not what i had expected for the price. Overall, i was disappointed

Fee for house keeping!!!!!! This is for the first time I am seeing in a hotel there is no house keeping, unless , you request and if you request there is a fee separate for it. So during my 4 days stay in 't believe this hotel even nobody came to my room to at least empty the garbage can. No soup if you finish it and they charge you for no service. Breakfast was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody at all.

Would not recommend to anyone! Room smelled bad, was filthy, carpet was stained & had multiple burn holes in a non smoking room. Shower was dirty, Microwave was dirty inside, & there was half a bottle of vodka in the frig. Very noisy with people fighting in the parking lot. & I'm pretty sure there was a herd of Elephants in the room above me.

Traffic noise I was disappointed. I asked for a quiet room, and was told the room at the end of the hall was quiet. However, there was constant traffic noise, including revving engines until midnight. I was told that children at the other end of the hallway were running all over, so that would not be a good end to transfer to, and there was nothing available in the center. I wonder why they couldn't have put the children in the rooms with noisy traffic so that guests who want quiet rooms could have them? I also wonder why th... read more

wont go back room had lots of stains, bed was very hard, no breakfast, noisy and generally uncomfortable.
