Good location, poor bed Overall was a good hotel but the bed was horrible. way too firm and squeaked when you moved. They really should have shampoo in the room as well.

Decent. ( With caution.) The extended stay in Vancouver is decent and has been for many years. I have stayed there on several occasions, and can state that this is much better than other options available. This property is doing many improvements and unfortunately they did not advise the guests of this. It is not worth the money to be woken up to someone outside your window grinding away on the outside of your room for 31/2 hours on a saturday morning. The front desk stuff was very nice and helpful but since we did not stay there 7 days or more, we did not get any room service. I had to go to the front desk to ask for toiletries, towels, and a blow dryer. We asked for a non smoking room but the hallway smelled terrible from the smokers right outside the back door. The place is kept clean. The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was so hard and it looked like the matress and the box did not match. This place was not too great Upon checking in I waited and waited for somone to show up behind the counter. After checking into my room I was disappointed in because of how dirty and smelly the room was. Never again

Extended Stay America - don't stay here long.. I've done a decent amount of traveling and this was the most dirty hotel I've stayed at. There was still hair in the tub, dried urine on the toilet seat and toothpaste on the counters and sink. It was disgusting. I was scared to even get into the bed...

Would never go back First of all the bed was harder than camping outside then the coffee pot had crustys all over it very dirty, then the bathroom was dirty, hair all over the floor, also never was vacuumed under the bed either, just overall very dirty place went home and had to shower again:(

Never Again When I arrived at this place I had a 10-15 minute wait for the front desk personel to arrive for check-in. They had left a small sign laying on the counter with a phone number. I called it but no one answered. So I waited. Check-in was pleasant and the guy behind the counter was very friendly. I would rate him at a 9; out of 10. Very nice person. When I walked into my room I could smell a stench like dirty sweaty armpits. I told myself to try to get used to it. The stench was part of my visit and did not go away.... read more

Not what we expected. We have stayed before in Vancouver but never at the Extended Stay America. We have in the past stayed at the Residence Inn in Vancouver & there was no comparison when it came to room quality & over all aesthetics. We were disappointed but the room served its purpose & we were only there one night.
