good location - homeless shelter You are sharing the hotel with homeless people that receive vouchers from who ever. People walking up the hall with boxes of food from food banks. There was a large spot above the bed,it was blood. I complained but nothing was done
You get what you pay for (or less) The staff was very nice and the building and grounds are fine for a 2.5 star hotel, however my room was not clean. There was a stain near the top of the blanket on one of the double beds. There was a what looked like a cigarette burn hole on one of the comforters, there were significant spots/stains on the carpet and when walking barefoot I could feel parts of the carpet were worn and hard - not a nice feeling. Location good Room smelled of Indian food /stairway always smelled smoke. Staff friendly efficient. Hotel was quiet
Nasty smelling room The parking was terrible. The room smelt so bad like old cigarettes and there was no maid service for my entire 4 days stay.
Good Service and Clean but a sleepless night. The staff were very courteous, the room was clean but there were some unpleasant aspects of my stay. The room has a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Unfortunately the Fridge made a lot of noise which made it difficult to sleep. I finally got up and turned it off. Also there is not much insulation between floors. My upstairs neighbor was obviously up most of the first night which also made it difficult to sleep. It smelled like cigarette so much made the room feel dirty
Disappointed Walls are paper thin and the people in the next room were loud and up ALL night. We could hear their dog barking, the loud talking and television, and could also smell their cigarette smoke in our room. We wanted to continue our stay in a different room, but were told that there were no other rooms available so we left and found a different hotel. We could not have another sleepless night stay. Although we had a terrible night at the hotel, the staff was kind and the hotel did reimburse us for our stay.
Could be Better Two smokers loitering at the front desk outside and inside, room smelled musky, air conditioning not so great, no soap or shampoos, no hair dryer, and beds are full size, not your standard queen beds.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!! NO housekeeping unless you were there for 7 days or more.NO ice machine or ice bucket.NO vending machines.NO shower cap.NO towel rack.Bathtub DID NOT drain!!!!Free breakfast was a joke!!! NO decafe coffee and breakfast was either a granola bar,apple, instant oatmeal or a muffin between 6-9.NO dishes in the kitchen and NO soap dish in the bathroom by the sink.This place was AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
