I am a flight attendant. and Our company uses Extended Stay America all over the United states. The linens on the bed were stained. Garbage under the bed, dirty comforters. Had to ask for kitchen items. The breakfast was muffins and granola bars. No juice what so ever. I would like my money back. had to change rooms 2x.

No House keeping. They said they clean every 7 days, but on the 7th day still no housekeeping even tho i asked, so i moved. The night help, not Justin, wouldn't even greet you or even reply to a simply hello or question. You had to ask if he heard you and then repeat yourself..

No housekeeping They put me in the worst possible room right on the end. Took my shower and turned my hear on to hear a sound of constant banging. When i called to complained, the man that answered wss audibly put off to me bothering him. I asked him to make a note and exclaimed "for what". Very poor customer service. He then asked me what i wanted him to do, offered to change rooms, but only when his female shuttle driver got back, but had no idea when that would be..

Dated musty old hotel for smokers hotel probably has lots of smoking rooms, that is what comes up as available. the whole place is old and dingy.

not good for extended stay:( Room had a bad smell, no ice available, no utensils in the room, A/C was super loud, loud from upstairs, only 1 soap and 1 shampoo?

Not so great!! Could hear the person in the next room snoring. Could hear every toilet flush. Bed was comfortable.
