I love the staff but a sitting area outside would be wonderful to have.

Thank you for your feedback but due to the terrain of the property, we are left with very-if any, places we can put seating outside.
No tv. Remotes did not work. Tried 6 different ones. Children above making noise till 2:30 am even after we asked staff to help. Cut stay short and moved to another hotel. Staff attempted To help with both but unable to Resolve issues. Tractor trailer loud in parking Lot

Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty had to get them swapped out our towels were also dirty had to have those swapped as well. The guy working the front desk was very helpful and polite but the room we stayed in wasn’t cleaned well at all.

Hello, We had a reservation for this property and yet when we went to check in you had no rooms, extremely dissatisfied with the fact our reserved room was given to someone else. Will never stay at this property again and I will be requesting a full refund

Do not waste your money on this place!! It is absolutely filthy!! The bed spread was dirty & stained, the carpet was dirty, there was coffee spilt on the counter, the trash can was full from the last guest, and the recliner was sticky. It stunk so bad in the hallways, elevator & entrance. The hallways looked like they haven't been vacuumed in weeks.
