Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty had to get them swapped out our towels were also dirty had to have those swapped as well. The guy working the front desk was very helpful and polite but the room we stayed in wasn’t cleaned well at all.

Hello, We had a reservation for this property and yet when we went to check in you had no rooms, extremely dissatisfied with the fact our reserved room was given to someone else. Will never stay at this property again and I will be requesting a full refund

Do not waste your money on this place!! It is absolutely filthy!! The bed spread was dirty & stained, the carpet was dirty, there was coffee spilt on the counter, the trash can was full from the last guest, and the recliner was sticky. It stunk so bad in the hallways, elevator & entrance. The hallways looked like they haven't been vacuumed in weeks. Room advertisement said breakfast and there was no breakfast only oatmeal in a packet and fruit bars. It was more a hotel for handicapped or addicts that had vouchers that gave them a place to stay. I did not feel comfortable there.

Newly painted. Hard to sleep when you can still smell the paint curing.

Let me clarify the 1 star I gave for staff was NOT all of them just one in particular. After complaining for 3 days I had plumbing problems, everything backed up and dirty water was coming from shower drain and sinks and toilet was gurgling. Flooded entire bathroom almost to carpet. Call front desk 4 times and was told he was only one there and couldn’t come, I called the 800# and was told to take it up with site manager (who wasn’t there) 3 hours later went to front desk and man went home without coming to my room or tellin... read more

Stained sheets and lacking amenities The pillows and comforter were both stained. The bathroom was not stocked with toilet paper and the shower did not have conditioner. The front desk also carried no conditioner, only shampoo. Staff were friendly and cordial though.

They overbooked the hotel and didn’t give me the rooms even after having a booking confirmation.
