The floor was dirty when I arrived - gritty and dusty. I got in late and left early the next morning. In the morning I had gone to the front desk to talk to someone about it before I left but no one was there. So when I was able to later in the day I called the front desk to ask it to be cleaned, they said all the staff were leaving and they could resolve it tomorrow if I came to the desk at 9 am. It was definitely bad. We could not regulate the thermostat and it was super cold inside the room (the outside temperature was cold as well). Informed at the desk and they said it would get fixed, we went out and came back and nothing changed. And the receptionists were not even friendly, bare minimum response and didn’t even help. They didn’t even respond properly for other queries.

Shay People above us were incredibly loud all night. I complain twice about it. They were stomping and being so loud I couldn’t sleep. They offer “breakfast” but it was just cereal bars and packets or grits and oatmeal and coffee. Not impressed. When booking with Hotel it said that this location had a pool, it did not. My child was disappointed. Staff was friendly! The amenities, well lack there of, were just not what I expected based on the booking information.

Not worth it Spent 2 nights here...they say breakfast is included but the breakfast is only packaged muffins and a nutrigrain bar. The floors have no sound proofing so you can hear every neighbor--above you and next to you. Only stay here if you enjoy not sleeping. Felt unsafe because side doors to the hotel were left open during the day and night and anyone could walk in. Elevators didnt require a keycard so anyone could have gone up.

For a brand new building, I’m surprised at how much stuff was broken. First thing was the air conditioning. If i turned the fan on low it turned off. The digital reading was broken so I couldn’t see what temp it was on. The bathroom fan was broken then the fuse blew when I tried to plug my phone in and sparks flew. Thank God I wasn’t electrocuted! My stay was great, but the elevators didn’t work and I was there for work. I worked night shift and I was near the exit door. The slamming of the door from people coming and exiting were an issue for me to sleep most days.
