Everything was great except the floor in our room felt sticky and dirty and the elevator was broken on the day we checked out.
Smelled terrible in the room, lights and tv weren’t working, nothing for breakfast

We never checked in! And this reservation was made in advance and was NEVER found in their system! Spoke with the hotel manager and said that the payment needs to be reversed. Will most likely not be using hotels.com again.

My wife was traveling to the area on short notice for a family emergency. Tried calling the front desk 5 different times to ask about late check in policy no answer each time. Wife did get checked in then left to visit her family member once back to the hotel, she found none of the outlets worked in the room and bathroom toilet was not operational. She asked the front desk but no one seemed to worry or care about helping. She had to use the bathroom in the lobby.
