William at check in was very friendly and helpful. I only had a one night stay, but that night the power went out for about 2 hours. During that time there was no communication on what was happening, phone lines were down so unable to call the front desk. It became very loud and “rowdy” from other patrons so I did not leave my room and kept the door locked from the inside, unsure if the keypads were working. Everything was great except the floor in our room felt sticky and dirty and the elevator was broken on the day we checked out.
