No pan for cooking available, rude front desk, side doors not secured at night....

William at check in was very friendly and helpful. I only had a one night stay, but that night the power went out for about 2 hours. During that time there was no communication on what was happening, phone lines were down so unable to call the front desk. It became very loud and “rowdy” from other patrons so I did not leave my room and kept the door locked from the inside, unsure if the keypads were working.
