Breakfast is a gimmick. Should not advertise. Stopped coffee at 630am.Hot water took 10min or more to arrive.

I was very disappointed to find that there was not a coffee pot with coffee in the room. I was also very disappointed that there was not a breakfast bar at all. It was packets of oatmeal, muffins, nothing of any substance really. I booked because it said breakfast. Luckily, Waffle House was across the street.

Continental breakfast was sparse, staff was typically not at the front desk. You had to” look for them,” elevator was out of service during our stay.

Dirty with garbage all over floor, noise all night, hard to sleep.

I got in late from traveling and was told my reservation was no longer available as it was after midnight…and I was marked as no show with their end of day programming. I discussed that I should have access to the room and it should be available as check out was not until 11. I have never encountered this response nor problem. The reception staff suggested I could rebook for the next dates night, to which I then told her I would be getting a two night stay for the price of one. After this she was able to check me in. The television did not work and when I asked for help they said there was nothing they could do. There was no grab and go breakfast out at 8 am. MY toilet leaked and made an awful sound when flushed. The outside doors were left propped open all night, very unsafe. The dog area was COVERED in trash. The entire premises was dirty and had trash everywhere. NOT DOG FREINDLY!!
