Fair I went to check in and said I had to pay, which I already paid online, so I had to contact booking.com, so they resolved the problem quickly called the hotel for us. I booked 2 rooms, my daughter's room, the sink wasn't draining & stuff was backing up out of the shower drain & there was no shower curtain. Our room was on the first floor. Disappointed I reserved a 2 queen bed room. I was told after I arrived it was first come first serve, and only a single king was available. The guest who checked in in front of me reserved a single room with 1 person, but arrived with 4 people and demanded 2 beds. So she got the room I reserved. When I asked about my reservation, I was told booking.com only reserve a room, not the beds. Staff was amazing. It was very clean. Also hard to find a desk clerk at the desk.

2 night stay and they have never returned my $100 deposit! I really dislike the fact that they never returned my $100 deposit. I have contacted them several times and still nothing. I was there for two nights for a business trip. There is absolutely no reason for them not to refund my $100 deposit. That alone deserves a One star rating. Pretty much stole from me.

It was ok but I wouldn't book there again. The location being in a dead end wasn't appealing and there were people all hanging out in the parking lot at night. I understand it's an extended stay but there was no real breakfast, guest had pets that were peeing everywhere and someone was jumping all night in the room above us. I definitely wouldn't book there again. Let me say, the staff was nice and the room was fairly clean.

It sucked I didn't get to stay I didn't get to stay there because they did not tell me online that I had to use a card or it was $100 deposit so I didn't have enough money to stay there I ended up having to walk another 10 mi to another place to stay because of them it was very unprofessional they didn't try to help me at all I would never stay there again I would never recommend it
