Disappointing Breakfast is not good enough especially for families with children. Staff is not helpful. No sound insulation between the rooms, you can here all the steps in front of your door . Beds are so uncomfortable There is no even a cup or glass

Nada I didn’t like the fact that I prepaid for my stay and when I got there they ask for an additional deposit. I’m booking.com rewards member and have never paid a deposit after prepaying for my room with my card. Really threw a wrench in my gears! Many things but

Horrible, we will be contacting corporate, posting this horrible experience on all of our social media pages, as well as Our room was right near the elevator so every time it opened, we heard the ding/sounds of the elevator, as well as the people on the elevator. Useless. There was no one there too check us in. I waited for an hour for someone to show up but no one ever did. I called, buzzed, knocked, waited, yelled, called again, and emailed. But to no avail. I was tired and wet from working. I needed that room. I even paid for it and never got to check in bc no staff at the front desk. I am very disappointed.
