Disappointing
Stay was pleasant but we were double billed. We paid $316.00 on April 23, through Affirm. Upon arrival, we were told no payment had been made, and paid $303.00 + $100.00 deposit. Deposit only has been refunded. Both ok.

Good location, but staff needs training. Breakfast is a joke, you shouldn't count on it. Staff needs a bit of training when it comes to customer relationship. It is NOT ok to tell your guests that printing some documents is more important than them, keeping them waiting for almost 30min. Especially when breakfast is out and they had not have a change to get even that very poor breakfast bags - yes, no hot breakfast option, just a couple of boiled eggs in a pouch and a mini-muffin. Didn’t stay overnight. Left early for home. Floor was dusty and room had a bad smell Good location

Poor Bed was hard and very uncomfortable. They asked for a 100.00 security deposit and said it was just a hold and would drop off the next day but, it didn't. It was taken out of our bank thr next day and not refunded. 4 days later I called the hotel and they said it was accidentally sent it to Booking.com. And that was not true. Said they had made a mistake. That it will be deposited into my bank account. They flat out lied. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed. Room was clean
