STAY AWAY The entrance is hidden and difficult to get in. The area did not feel safe Added Deposit at check in- That takes several days to refund. We had a place to rest. The mattress left something to be desired. We did not get a room key because the property had run out. Not much to choose from the regular cream was out. Very little to choice.

Bad See above. Lack of transparency regarding hidden fees. I paid for my two dogs on booking.com. The hotel charged me again and charged me $200 room deposit. I left Newnan in the morning of 12/25. I did not stop anywhere - my Amex card reflects another $100 charge at Little Caesars Pizza in Newnan. I did not make this charge and no-one has access to my card. The hotel also would not print a receipt for the times they ran my Amex. I found the staff were not able to clearly explain these additional charges, nor did they seem ... read more

Less than so so. First and last visit. Breakfast. Shower door would not remain shut. Breakfast was a joke. Coffee and a stale packaged muffin and granola bar and packaged hard boiled egg.

Decent for the reasonable price….. but… it was evident that we got what we paid for The cleanliness wasn’t as one would expect. The main hallway on our floor looked like it had been quite some time since it was vacuumed and the room itself had a decent amount of “leftovers” from the previous occupant. There was also a dried puddle of something on the floor in our room which I easily cleaned with a towel (tells me they probably didn’t sweep and/or mop after the last occupant). will never stay at another ESA location again. I didn’t like anything. from the outside it looks like a nice facility. but then I was greeted by the front desk lady, and then surprised with a $100 security deposit that was 1. not listed in the booking and 2. not mentioned when I called the hotel to confirm total price. Bad I booked it as a bundle. I talked to the receptionist when checking out and I was informed because it was not a direct booking they could not change, alter, or refund the charges and I would have to go through the booking site. The standards of the hotel were not kept up to acceptable standards. I trusted that only a clean room would be provided as an option in the bundle, and that standards would be kept at an acceptable rate.
