Booked room falsely advertised two queen beds. The bed that was in the room was a wire frame cot with a very short mattress. Traveling companion forced to sleep on an air mattress on the floor. Filthy common area floors.

There are no basic ammenities that other hotels in this category usually have: tea, sugar, sponges to wash the dishes and you must request plates and utensils in the front desk and some things are not not available.

DISCOMFORTING SERVICE I was expecting a good stay by the airport; however, with much chagrin, the level of service and assistance I have requested did not please my expectation. The AM did not extend exceptional service to my personal request to clean my room. All it would have taken was a measly five-minute job to change my linen sheets but to no avail. DISAPPOINTED!
