Nope I booked thru hotels.com. $240. Got on site and prices were $120!!! Could not cancel and rebook. Room had no coffee pot or blow dryer, no plates or forks. Wehad to go to front desk for everything. TownePlace by Marriot has fully furnished rooms that are great. Also, extended stay had no netflix or prime options. Will never stay there again.

They cut the water without notice, no water bottle anywhere. Homeless people around the hotel.

Even with a confirmed reservation, the hotel turned me and my son away in the middle of the night because they were overbooked

You can also pay for insurance if you cant make room and still wont get re-imbursed. Dont recommend staying here.

Paid for my room then when I arrived at hotel the front desk clerk said there were no more rooms. They could have just called me and told me that.

There is nothing to like about this hotel. Staff was not so friendly. Room service is done once in a week or two weeks. Room heator was very noisey, support staff said no one to look at, will address in a day or two. It is a worst place to stay. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL CHAIN.
