This place was absolutely no-frills. Sort of like a Motel-6 but inside access. Bare bones lobby and limited staff, no dining options, and forget about breakfast. Room was clean but barren. No hair dryer. Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent and it took forever for it to warm up to a barely acceptable temperature. AC ran all night long. I was here for one night on business. I can't imagine an "extended stay" here. I won't be back.

When we arrived, they informed us that the key system was not working and would be a few days. They would have to let us in our room everyday. This would have been a problem since we were staying for 6 days. The told us we could also just relocate with our third party(hotels.com) which we did. The front desk was super friendly and super helpful! The room was nice also, there was a full kitchen which we loved! but no swimming pool

I called before booking to ask about the free shuttle to the airport and was told yes but later when checking in was told that they don't do that. The shuttle was one reason I booked this hotel, not happy.

Very hard, lumpy beds and super thin pillows. The room had a fridge and mini kitchen, but no dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. You could get some from the front desk, but it was so inconvenient for a hotel that's targeted at long stay travelers. There's nothing around here in terms of food options or restaurants. And when checking in, the front desk clerk made me spell out my phone number and email and said my room number out loud while there were other (male) travelers behind me, compromising my safety and privacy.

I got here after my long flight to check in around 11:45pm. Nobody was at front desk. I waited a little over 45 min for someone to show up. Only because I called front desk & she answered & came out the back right away. Another guest was waiting just as long too. We were confused why nobody was around.
