I had the worst checkin that a person can have For some reason they have to take a company of my passport, which is creepy. When I asked why, the front desk lady reply was offensive and aggressive. I still want to know why they took a pic of my passport ID. They already blocked money from my CC. Another thing, usually I get a receipt after my checkout, I didn’t get one from them.!

The property although 3 years old looks brand new. It is clean and well kept and near the airport. The night staff Gwen, is unwelcoming. She seemed annoyed that a bunch of Asians checked in the middle of the night. No good evening or welcome to ESA! Smiling seemed to be not on her diary! This place was absolutely no-frills. Sort of like a Motel-6 but inside access. Bare bones lobby and limited staff, no dining options, and forget about breakfast. Room was clean but barren. No hair dryer. Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent and it took forever for it to warm up to a barely acceptable temperature. AC ran all night long. I was here for one night on business. I can't imagine an "extended stay" here. I won't be back.

When we arrived, they informed us that the key system was not working and would be a few days. They would have to let us in our room everyday. This would have been a problem since we were staying for 6 days. The told us we could also just relocate with our third party(hotels.com) which we did. The front desk was super friendly and super helpful! The room was nice also, there was a full kitchen which we loved! but no swimming pool

I called before booking to ask about the free shuttle to the airport and was told yes but later when checking in was told that they don't do that. The shuttle was one reason I booked this hotel, not happy.
