Very hard, lumpy beds and super thin pillows. The room had a fridge and mini kitchen, but no dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. You could get some from the front desk, but it was so inconvenient for a hotel that's targeted at long stay travelers. There's nothing around here in terms of food options or restaurants. And when checking in, the front desk clerk made me spell out my phone number and email and said my room number out loud while there were other (male) travelers behind me, compromising my safety and privacy.

I got here after my long flight to check in around 11:45pm. Nobody was at front desk. I waited a little over 45 min for someone to show up. Only because I called front desk & she answered & came out the back right away. Another guest was waiting just as long too. We were confused why nobody was around.

When i checked in the staff gave a room that had not been cleaned since the prior guest... filthy... and then the staff was rude about the work they had to do to correct the problem- room change.staff was very busy with talking drama of other guest.. i guess thats why i got a dirty room..

First of all it stated that is was a queen size bed..and unless they hold the measuremeant standards for hotel beds different..it was a full size bed..Second..THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU TOWELS UNLESS YOU BRING DOWN THE DIRTY ONES.... Wont be staying here again

They stolen all my tools and my belongings from my truck even when they have private security in the property

Señores expedía necesito me devuelvan en pago no me reservaron la habitación, llegue a la 6 pm y mi sorpresa es que no tenia habitación estando confirmada y pagada desde el 25 de Julio, debiendo buscar otro hotel. Me siento estafado por estas empresas. Espero respuesta.
