The room smelled so bad we left at 3AM.

Breakfast could use work and offer more options.

We had rotten fruit and chewed gum in our room. When brought to the attention of the front desk they gave us a rag and told us to clean it. There were stains on the chairs and fake eye lashes on the floor. Do not recommend.

Boise Trip Big decline from previous stays. Check-in was slow and not very friendly. First room that was assigned was not ready/made-up. Had to request a second room. The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible, very flat and hard. Could not adjust the room temperature. It was set at 68F a little cold for us. The "breakfast" was instant oatmeal or breakfast bar. I would not recommend this hotel!

I wasn't a fan of the the shower head. It sprayed the wayer out like needles with made it impossible rinse off.

This place is new-ish, very clean. Friendly front desk folks. Price was right. However, I felt kind of crapped on as a guest. They only have one ice machine. It was out of order. When I asked the front desk person he (literally) told me I could walk down the street to the gas station if I needed ice (it was approx 25 deg F at the time). I actually might have stopped by the gas station in my way home from dinner if the desk person had told me the ice machine was out of order when he told me where the ice machine was two hours... read more
