The bed was horrible. Basically plywood covered in a sheet.

The hotel is newer and clean. The beds are reasonably comfortable. My problem was when i checked in and was told it was $25 per night for a pet. That is not what expedia says. I pointed this out to the staff at check in and he said he was going to charge me $25 per night but acknowledged that is not what expedia showed and said he would talk to his manager and he them get in touch with me. Do not stay there!!!! My interaction with the young woman And the manager...without having to write pages upon pages of what happened, are the absolute worst as they come!!! I should have gone with my instincts not to stay there, when I drove into the parking lot and there were hardly any cars parked in their parking lot. At 5:00 pm? Red flag. Apparently one employee had a problem with us. Whilst were heading out for the day we were carrying a large bag. A very nice employee said thank you for staying with us and we replied that we were coming back and not checking out. Then a different employee said with a nasty attitude under her breath, " Yeah I bet you will". I was shocked. I know that it was immediately brought to my attention, and I attempted to reach out, we must have put the phone number in the reservation incorrectly. While I'm sure that you are aware that is unacceptable behavior, I'd like more information so that I can take action with said employee.
Poor check in. Arrived to hotel at 10pm. Waited 1.5 hrs to check in. We were tired from traveling. This was unacceptable.
