Overnight stay Second time staying, nose room for a decent price. But the showers are terrible absolutely no pressure can’t even get soap off your body.

Our toilet didn’t work the staff wouldn’t answer the phones when I went down there they said they were told weeks ago that this toilet didn’t work. We didn’t get a room change,

I am so sorry your stay with us was so poor. I do not know anything about a toilet not working but I will look into and fix this immediately. You deserved better from us. If you choose to give us another chance, I promise you a far superior experience.
So basic, nothing extra for a huge price. Super disappointed in the beds, not comfortable, my hips hurt all day. For an extended stay, there was nothing in the room. No coffee pot, and not even one coffee cup or spoon. Had to go to front desk to bum a cup and spoon. Breakfast was food to buy out of the vending machine, very little items free. For $186 a night, I was pissed when I heard the front desk guy quote cheaper rates over the phone to people calling in.

The staff and cleanliness of the property were fine. The residents who call the hotel home were less than desirable. We were woken up at 3:00 am by an intoxicated person in the stairwell of the hotel playing loud music. Another resident of the property pesters guest with his un wanted opinions (lonely older guy). Not entirely on the hotel staff just a heads up if you’re looking for a different experience while staying at a hotel.

The elevator and hallways smelt really bad. When I got off the elevator on my floor there was trash on the floor.

Dirty floors. Had to clean myself. No hair dryer in room, bed is uncomfortable and smelled, and the showerhead had such low water pressure. Horrible experience.
