I had to wait for about 30 mins before someone came up front to help. I almost cancelled and went somewhere else.

Room smelled very bad. As the evening went on realized the room was infested with cockroaches, many many cockroaches. Hotel wouldn't change my room and I was informed I could leave then (12.00 am) and not be charged. No place to go so unfortunately stayed for a very gross and uncomfortable night. Hotel would not give a refund. Expedia couldn't get a refund so I get to leave this review.

Most uncomfortable bed ever!!! Service was awesome, room was clean BUT OMG did the bed suck!! By far the bed was the most uncomfortable horrible piece of junk ive ever slept on!! Id rather have slept on the hard floor, my back hurt for days after my stay!!

Toilet was dirty. Picked this location because of convenience and breakfast. Breakfasts were granola bars and yogurt. VERY disappointed

The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was kind when checking in. However, I would not stay here again. Hotels are often loud as you can hear the room next to you opening/closing their door and on occasion the footsteps from above you. However this hotel must be made of paper, every door in my entire hallway could be heard opening/slamming shut throughout the entire night and well into the early morning hours. There shouldn't be only one staff member in the late night hrs it ridiculous for them and people staying there!!
