Was never told about the security deposit and when booking called to let them know it wasn’t on the site for the propert They lied to me over the phone and the guy at the front desk tried to gaslight me to thinking I was crazy Nothing

Deben renovar Conocimos el hotel un día antes y el trato de la administradora fue horrible, estabamos en el lobby sentados reservando y nos estaba hechando, le enseñamos la reserva y su actitud no era amable. Te espantaba. Llegamos 45 min antes del check in tuvimos que esperar, no hubo cortesía de nada pese a estar con maletas y niños.
