Facilities were good-Staff not so much When checking in we waited for 25 minutes before anyone helped us. When the front clerk finally came around the corner their attitude was one of “oh great people to deal with”. The attitude continued when I had to split the deposit (refundable) and the room on 2 cards. The following morning I went down for the coffee bar & again the staff were rude. Loud, dirty and unpleasant. I will not stay there or possibly any extended stay ever again The room was not very clean. It was very loud throughout the night. Especially the room above. There was pieces of the texture ceiling falling on the bed the people above were stomping so loud. Possibly construction going on. Noth Na Na
Fair I did have only two problems. The couch was so dirty and when I pulled out the mattress, it was horrible. I actually cleaned the material part since my roommate would be sleeping on it. Someone needs to go to room 309 and lift the mattress and correct this problem before someone else decides to use it. I would have taken pictures but well I didn't want to touch it again. It was only option available at last minute for me and my family, and I know how why. One, more toileteries, second, better breakfast choices and cold drink options, go digital with locking/unlocking of doors The only thing good about iy was that it was available and close to shopping.
