Bad The room smelled like cat urine. I requested a new room. The receptionist (who was the only good thing about this hotel) confirmed there were rooms available she could move new to, she just needed to get permission from her manager. The manager refused to approve the room change, forcing us to sleep another night in a room that smelled of cat urine. We ended up leaving and finding a new place to stay. The receptionist that checked me in. She was the only positive I can say about this hotel.

HMMMMM! No top of everything it's issue with the television again and you see a reservation please don't harass me to pay you know it's going to get paid and starting to see insects again Staff and location is perfect!

Great place just needs a upgrade in area's! Having to pay for wifi $5 a day robbery, people staying here have business to take care of! Laundry $4 to wash and dry ridiculous and no special rates for one's with extended stays wow that's in the Name of the Business. But just my take The staff and location are great!

Fair The staff was ok. The hotel overall was a fair 2.5 star. The smell in the stairwell is overbearing. The room had a very bad stench. The air conditioning unit had a bad smell as well. The pull out couch was absolutely filthy and worn completely out, we could not utilize it. The bed was very low and made A LOT of noise. The chair in the shower was disgusting, needs to be soaked in bleach.

Room 124 Need to fix the TV'S in the rooms all of them don't work and no compensation for the inconvenience Staff are great especially Exsavier and Coco have been nothing but a pleasure and a joy!

Quiet clean hotel Booking.com took my payment then I had to turn around and pay the property to get the keys. Booking.com still hasn’t given me any information about when I will be refunded. Booking.com customer service is horrible. Clean hotel quiet as well allowed pets
