Disappointing
Although staff and location were great, I would never stay here again. Hotel felt like it was ran by roaches and both of Room filled with live roaches and mold. Felt extremely dirty and unsanitary. Good location to shops and food. Staff were attentive and amazing, bed was also comfy.

My stay was totally disgusting and disappointing. I will never stay there again. At this point, after that experience I The rooms were not inviting at all. There were 2 tv’s with only 1 remote and I had to request another one from the front desk. The towels and washcloths were so dingy we were afraid to use them so we went out and bought those items to accommodate us for 3 days. We were told at check in that if we needed clean linen we would have to bring the used linen to the front desk to get clean replacements. The rooms ... read more
