Ok Good things. Divide between beds, quiet, new property, staff polite and helpful. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed. Toilet stopped up, loud air conditioner, cheap towels. Cheesy ironing board - rickety. Pole to hang clothes no hangers. Had to pick up own mismatched dishware in a sterilite container from front desk and carry to room. No carpet is ok but floor was not cleaned.

The staff at the front desk were all wonderful and very friendly. The room was very nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Very well kept facility close to everything. Comfortable bed and good shower. There was basically no room servicing, however (for a four night stay).
This is a new property that opened in the spring of 2025. It still had the shine of newness. It has very basic decor and limited amenities, this is by the brands design. We chose based on value and pet friendliness. All in, it was at least $100 less expensive (and for many properties the delta was much greater) than other options. We were in Charlottesville for a UVA football game and many hotels were priced accordingly. I would stay again if I were to visit Charlottesville, Va again
Location and affordable pricing. Only thing that would have been better is a bit more of a breakfast--- it was nice to have, especially the 24 hour coffee, but would have liked something a bit more substantial
