We had a late arrival. Room was not clean. Staff tried to find us another room but they were full, so we asked for some cleaning supplies. Staff person was very apologetic. The next day they cleaned the room before we returned. The manager discounted that night very generously. Comfortable room. Nice to have a recliner. Breakfast small and limited selection. Staff friendly and helpful.

Everything was good. We did wonder about the lack of a hair dryer

I already rated the receptionist in earlier review. She was courteous, professional, and helpful. The room was basic, but plenty large enough. However, the internet was pretty spotty and the “breakfast bar” was inadequate- just yogurt, coffee, and granola bars.
