Room floor was dirty sticky lumps of ketchup on floor, moved chair to eat with wife at counter the amount of garbage under chair was disgusting, very basic internet if you want better you pay a 1.99 for an hour really!! Brefast was a joke stale muffins, hard boild eggs ,yougartand quaker instant oats didnt see hotwater

Kept fan on for circulation but air coming out was cool, tough for a chilly night.

We definitely would not return. There was a total mixup about our reservation, even though we called in advance to make sure that didn’t happen. The elevator broke when we were there. We didn’t bother to eat anything that they called breakfast. There is no service beyond the front desk. If you want clean towels or toilet paper, you have to bring the old towels down and get yourself and get the toilet paper yourself. The kitchen had no supplies at all, not even cups. I’m a travel agent and I wouldn’t send anyone there.

This is a guest inconvenience, not guest convenience hotel. No change for vending machines. Weird policy on not providing receipt on checkout. Not oriented towards guests.

The hotel is new so at first glance it looks OK however the floor was absolutely filthy. Housekeeping has been mopping over the dirt with soapy water and it was a sticky mess. We booked third party and it was late so decide to stay the night. My husband mopped the floor 3-4 times before it stopped foaming up and the towel was muddy. We wiped down everything even if it looked clean with antibacterial wipes. He even found someone’s contacts dried and stuck on the bedside table. Ewww! This is an “ok” place. Breakfast is borderline terrible. Every is packaged in plastic. No tables, but a counter. Room had a chemical smell. Window doesn’t open. Everything room was somewhat cheap. Ok bed. I paid over 350 for two nights, and that’s too high, imo, for what we got. Nice staff.

The hotel has been open 5 months but hasn't fully equipped rooms. Decor is industrial stark, with cheap furnishings and no carpet. No grab bar in the shower and no hair dryer. Small soap and shampoo, no conditioner. No ice maker, no dishes or other kitchen items. Only mirror is in bathroom.
