Tried to tell me at check in that I had booked a double bed but were upgrading me to a queen at no charge when I had in fact booked a king room. I was told they were completely booked and nothing could be done until I provided my receipt confirming my king room confirmation. All of a sudden a room was found. I stayed on business trip for two nights. The property covers the basic need of a room for the night. Close to many restaurants and my work meetings.
Towels and linen was previously staind, the floors and couch was sticky, and the beds was highly uncomfortable. It felts like sleeping on dirt.
It was family friendly, loved the area, lots of shopping and quiet area. Pool was closed. Did not like that
