Staff wasn’t very friendly. We had to ask for bedding for the couch bed and still didn’t get a blanket just sheets. Free Breakfast was advertised but should have said “grab and go”

Stay was decent, good location for getting all over Cleveland area. I did see a bug or two. I can say they were very accommodating and got me checked in early

We went for 2 baseball game. Tina was a great hostess from the moment we walked in the door. Tina explained all the paperwork we had to sign. Helped me order an uber
Not for me They require a $108.00 fee (apparently refundable, but not when you check out). Never stayed in a hotel that did this. Room is pretty basic

I know that you suppose to have house shoes but I forgot mine and the floors were dirty I have pictures to prove it.

Unfortunately, our room was not very clean, and smelled like cigarette smoke. We only stayed one night, instead of three. They did not have another room available.
