No daily housekeeping, halls and elevator smelled like a dog kennel, noisy area beside the Interstate, coffee bar was empty two mornings in a row, way to much money per night for a third rate facility.....I really need a partial refund.. Half of the staff was good, the other half need to be fired. I would never stay there again...please contact me about this....

Door key cards were not working, so the reservation was canceled upon arrival

After my one night stay I can’t believe this place got an 8.4 good rating when the place next to it got a 5 out of 10. This place should also get a 5. I got to the hotel and only after checking me in they told me they could not give me a key. They had to walk me to my door each time. The decent thing to do would have been to tell me when I still had the option to cancel. But after checking in a refund would take days. I don’t think next time I will extend my stay. Staff was really nice and helpful. Key card was broken entire 8 night stay, most nights our room and hallway smelled like pot smoke, a lot of homeless people around the area plus people in the parking lot all night mainly a week long stay for construction workers but others for sure living there with constant noise and activity. Great and helpful staff but not that great of a place.

Horrible The key card system was down. You had to have a desk person walk you to your room. You had to wait if they were not at the desk. Water/vending machine out of order. Nothing in the kitchenette no blow dryer. A dollar to use the phone for local calls. Room was drab and unwelcoming. I checked out after one night and have not gotten a refund for the remains nights not used.

Check in was fine. We came down for the breakfast at 9:15. First of all there was noone at the front desk. When they finally came out there were no smiles or greeting or any acknowledgement. I had to greet them. The breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30. Everything was put away. Asked front desk if we could get anything. The girl did not say anything and literally dragged her feet to show me the closet to get a bar and muffin. I asked for coffee. She said we could have some leftover coffee from the counter. Very dirty. Bad smell. So called grab & go breakfast had nothing but coffee and boiling water for oatmeal. Horrible experience.

Consider what your needs and wants are The room itself was excellent. Great having a full size fridge. The room was spacious, the beds and pillows super comfy. Great place to stay for one night or if your not wanting breakfast. The breakfast was sad. Ran out of things by 7, opened at 6. Very little selection.
