First, the good. The room was large, clean, and had microwave, fridge, and good TV. Floor was vinyl (no carpet) which was great for a pet friendly hotel. It is close to beaches and the fantastic Hull's Seafood Restaurant. The bad: The hotel had only one elevator for the whole building. And it broke down for two days!! So I had to carry my blind dog up and down four flights of stairs every time he went out. I'm a senior citizen and this was not easy. Not Covid safe, poor management Arrived at the hotel around 11:30pm after a long drive with family. The first thing I noticed was that the front desk clerk did not wear mask. She made us wait 20+ mins to check in before handing over the key. She kept giving different excuses and went back and forth to talk to other hotel staff on the side. The room was double booked and my boyfriend lost the room even though it was already paid for. The hotel did not make it right.

Unpleasant Upon arrival we had no reservation even though we had booked two weeks prior. Also had a copy of reservation. The manager gave us a new discounted rate. The hotel ended up charging my credit card twice. Even showing them the pending charges and talking with bank, they deny the charge and say it’s up to the bank to resolve. Will never stay again.
