Well there were a few thing that was not so good but hey mainly, the friendliness of the staff. They were so helpful. The rooms were all right. Basically we enjoyed our stay at the end of the day. It was good.
Man at front desk was very helpful and suggested a few nearby restaurants.

Staff was great but the room was less than clean or in good shape. Stains on towels, curtain and less than clean bathroom. A washcloth was found hanging on the shower curtain bar.

Upon check-in, front desk staff (Shaniqua) was excellent, Friendly & helpful. The room as extremely basic. No extra pillows, no blankets (just the sheets on the bed), no dishes, bowls, glasses, pots/pans, etc for the little kitchen area and NO coffee maker. Never stayed at “Extended Stay America” before so not sure if this is standard but I don’t know how someone can stay in a place that has nothing to offer customers.
