Manager on duty Alex on reception was friendly and curtious. multitasking between front office, and housekeeping. I usually stay at Hyatt place close by Extended stay America good value, but minus the pool gym bar and cooked pre-manufactured breakfast. But other than that Extended stay America I felt a disconection between the glossy advertisments and the product. Good location, close to amenities. Service took a bit to get help after a couple ring to get someone to check us in. Bathroom in one of the rooms booked was not cleaned but they were able to move us to another room. Overall stay was good!
Good for low maintenance travellers It was a fine place to stay overnight. The staff was kind and accommodating, however quite unorganized from my experience. I was put in a room that was still being cleaned, moved to another room and had someone knocking on my door in the evening and morning because they didn’t know I changed rooms. The bed and main area was clean. The bathroom definitely needed a deeper clean. Fingerprints on the door and soapscum in the shower.
