Elevator was broken and I had a walker and a suitcase. Alex the receptionist carried up the suitcase and my roommate went back down for my walker. Breakfast was ok, coffee was hot. No hot water for shower, bed was comfortable. I loved that there was a divider for privacy. Chairs have wheels and smooth surfaces so my roommate fell while trying to sit down. Conveniently located to the cruise port. Uber was fantastic.

Very convenient but needed something a little more upscale great for a day or 2

It was close to the convention center and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Plus it had parking and the room was comfortable.
Convenient to Convention Center. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked well. Weird odor in our room. Almost a chemical type smell.
